Customers who come back
Every purchase earns points. Customers spend them in store or online with just their phone number.
1
You set the rule (e.g. 1 point per 10 MAD).
2
The customer earns points with every purchase.
3
They use them as a discount on the next purchase.
Points, a tier, and progress
- 1Edit
In "Edit customer", the Loyalty points field holds the points balance.
- 2Save
You save: the points show on the profile and next to the customer's name.
- 3Tier
The tier follows the points on its own, with a bar towards the next tier.
A phone number is enough
The phone number identifies each customer uniquely. Their points sit on the same profile as their counter and online purchases.
- check_circleSales history, in store and online
- check_circleBalance, invoices, estimates and checks
- check_circleInternal notes
A discount ticket in the package
To bring a customer back online, create a discount code on the kiosk and slip the ticket into their order.
- check_circle"Your next order": a percentage off
- check_circleOne use per customer, checked by phone and by email
- check_circleValid until the date you pick
Five tiers, based on points
The tier shown on the profile depends on the customer's points.
Bronze
From 0 points.
Silver
From 500 points.
Gold
From 2,000 points.
Platinum
From 5,000 points.
Diamond
From 10,000 points: the top tier.
Why it's different
Points are shared between the online store and the shop. A customer who found you on Instagram can use them at the counter.
